What makes this different
Section titled “What makes this different”- Post-quantum is not a retrofit. ML-DSA (FIPS 204) is the signing primitive everywhere; Noise handshake is hybrid ML-KEM-768 + X25519.
- Two ledgers, one ecosystem. Censorship-resistance and rich programmability are not forced onto a single chain.
- 21 manuscript proofs. BFT safety and liveness, HTLC atomicity, capital sublinearity at λ^(1/6), MEV elimination under the Protocol Fee Container. Mechanisation (TLA+ / Coq) scheduled for M5.
